  Reload a blank page or retry a failed check. Signing in returns to your task.

• Recordings won’t play

  Check your device volume and keep the page in the foreground. Try playing the recording again. If it still fails, check the audio status in the word list.

• Saving and syncing

  Keep local content and retry online. Do not clear browser data or transfer it to another account.

• Membership not activated

  Refresh access from the membership page. Check an uncertain order before paying again.

• Answer checking

  Use manual checking if the service is unavailable. Wait for an active task; retry after failure. Late photo results do not overwrite manual results.
